- Tees, greens, and fairways were seeded with bent grass which
germinates within six to seven days.
- 35 acres of Bent grass fairways.
- 68 acres of Kentucky Blue grass primary rough.
- 32 acres of Fescue secondary rough.
- Over 330,000 square feet of greens and tees.
- Construction started on May 24th, 2001.
- Grass was planted on August 24th, 2001.
- 18 of 27 holes opened July 18th, 2002.
